Offer charging as a workplace perk for employee cars, visitor vehicles and your own company fleet. Rudved EV designs, supplies and supports the chargers and the software, so your facilities team isn’t left running an electrical project on the side.
Office Parking Is Long Parking, and That Makes Charging Affordable
A car that arrives at 9:30 and leaves at 6:00 stays parked far longer than any charge needs. So the question isn’t how fast one bay refills, it’s how many bays you can cover. Modest AC chargers across many bays are simpler and cheaper than a few fast DC units.
Employee Perk
Staff charge while they work, with no extra time spent and no detour to a public station.
Talent and Retention
Charging at the office is a visible benefit for employees who drive or plan to drive an EV.
Visitor Experience
Clients and guests can top up during meetings, which reflects well on your brand.
Company Fleet
Pool cars and executive vehicles start every day charged.
Sustainability Goals
Charging supports your ESG and emissions targets with a visible, measurable step.
Revenue or Cost Recovery
Charge employees and visitors per unit to recover electricity cost, or earn from the hub.
Charging Models
Different Groups Park for Different Lengths of Time
The mix follows how long each group stays. Most campuses need AC across staff bays and a small DC layer for visitors and fleet.

Software & Access Control
Workplace Charging Works When Access and Billing Are Handled in Software
Rudved EV App
Drivers locate chargers, check live slot availability and start charging in moments. The app is on Google Play and the App Store.
Access Control
RFID and app-based start options keep charging for employees, or open it to visitors on different terms. The Doer 60 kW also supports scan code and Plug & Charge.
Remote Monitoring
The facilities team sees charger status, sessions and faults from one dashboard, using OCPP 1.6J.
Smart Charging
Schedule charging around cost-effective power use and protect the building’s electrical load.
Solar and Backup
Solar integration and backup power for campuses that want charging to draw on their own generation.
24/7 Support
A dedicated support team is available around the clock.
Ownership Options
Choose How You Want to Run It
Buy It
The company owns the chargers and sets the rules. Rudved currently works on a capex model.
Managed Ownership
You fund a Rudved-branded hub and we deploy and run it, while you collect the income.
White-Label
License Rudved’s hardware and software to run charging under your own brand across several campuses.
Planning Checklist
Start with Your Available Load, Then Size the Plan
Site Checks
Available Load
Sanctioned load, transformer and panel capacity. This tells you early whether the existing supply covers the plan.
Parking Layout
Charger location, cable reach, bay marking, bollards, signage and canopy cover.
Load Management
Plan how many chargers can run together without overloading the building.
Electrical Safety
Earthing, protection devices and cable routing to each bay.
Questions to Answer First
How many employees drive EVs today, and how many do you expect in two years?
Do you need charging for visitors and a company fleet too?
Will charging be free, paid or hybrid for employees?
Who will manage billing and access: facilities, HR or finance?
For cars parked all day, a 7 kW AC charger is usually enough. Campuses where several cars share one point use 11 kW or 22 kW AC. Add DC only where visitors or fleet vehicles stop briefly.
Not always. AC chargers draw far less power than DC, and smart load management lets several chargers share your supply. We check your available load first.
Rudved’s 24/7 support team, with remote monitoring and diagnostics to resolve many issues without a site visit.
